The Lounge
Located on the ground floor of the Clubhouse, the Lounge is an airy, light-filled space with direct access to a full-service bar and large-scale audio-visual amenities. With a flexible layout that accommodates up to 290 guests for a cocktail reception or 108 for a seated dinner, it’s one of the most versatile event spaces in Mason, Ohio, ideal for corporate happy hours, milestone celebrations and social gatherings of all kinds.
The Legacy Room
The crown jewel of the Sporting Club’s event offerings, the Legacy Room is a sophisticated second-floor space that opens directly onto the outdoor Terrace. Available as a single large room or divided into two separate spaces, it can be configured for everything from boardroom-style presentations to formal seated dinners. Combined, Rooms A and B accommodate up to 292 cocktail guests or 190 for a full dinner.
The Terrace
For events that call for something truly memorable, the Terrace delivers. Perched on the second level with wrap-around views of the campus, this outdoor space features fire pits, shade structures, lounge and banquette seating, high tops, landscaping, and TVs all directly accessible from the Legacy Room. The Pavilion
At 16,000 square feet, the Pavilion is the Sporting Club’s largest event footprint: a shaded outdoor structure at the heart of the campus featuring modular bays that can be customized for activations, exhibitions, large receptions, and community events. The Conference Room
Not every event needs a ballroom. The Sporting Club Conference Room seats up to 16 guests and is ideal for executive meetings, board presentations, working lunches and small-group sessions. The space includes a room-length conference table, full A/V amenities, a buffet counter and kitchenette, a private restroom, and business essentials like whiteboards – everything you need for a productive day, in a setting that’s anything but ordinary.
